At SSCS we believe this is how your system should operate. We look after your chillers, you concentrate on what’s important to, your business.

We at SSCS understand our equipment best, how to operate it, when to service it and what care and attention it requires to give you its best.

Introducing the Chiller Plan maintenance and guarantee products available for your CIAT equipment. We have the package tailored to suit your needs.

We offer a fully comprehensive guarantee on your equipment renewable every year for up to five years. In addition we send through periodic reports on the health and performance of your chillers.

ONE COST for your chillers FULL STOP.

One installment at the beginning of each month gets your chiller the care and maintenance required to keep it operating at its full potential. We guarantee every single component on the machine, from the compressor to the gauges. If you have a failure we replace the components and repair the chiller quicker than anybody in the industry at no extra cost to you.
 
Each year in addition to standard servicing we analyse the chiller’s oil, inspect and clean the condenser, analyse condenser water tri-monthly and log the unit. We then compare the results with the startup figures and forward them to you with a report for your records.

Chiller Plan – Comprehensive Guarantee and maintenance
Includes annually:
  • Comprehensive guarantee
  • Oil Analysis and change as required
  • All consumables
  • Logging
  • 3 Quarterly services
  • 1 Condenser cleaning as required.
  • 1 Annual service
  • Reports and correspondence
  • Contract fee
  • Water treatment (excluded from initial cost but optional)
  • Guaranteed next day on site response to call out
  • Optional 2 and 3 hour response times on call out
Exclusions:
  • Emergency call outs, two, three hour and same day response is charged as per current rate schedule.
  • Unnecessary call outs due to system or ancillary equipment problems, charged as per current rate schedule.
  • Water treatment (optional)
  • Electrical damage from Lightning and surges.
  • Damage due to negligence or servicing by other parties.
  • Vandalism
  • Damage from water treatment. (if not included in Chiller Plan)
  • Damage occurring from circumstances outside the normal operation of the chiller.
  • Consequential Damage
Cost: Fixed cost as per quotation payable monthly in advance
