Energy management by Cristopia
With latent heat storage, CIAT transforms the design of installations. At night, when energy costs are lower, the Cristopia system stores the cold produced by the water chillers in the nodules. During the day, when energy costs are higher and more pollutant due to peaks in demand, Cristopia reuses the cold using a simple heat exchange.
As a result, energy requirements are perfectly managed,
- day/night loads are rebalanced,
- the size of refrigeration equipment and their peripherals are reduced by 30 to 70%
- and significant savings are made on energy supply agreement costs and consumption.
Reliable technology, with a very long service life (10,000 test cycles or 30 years of operation) and without maintenance, guarantees sustainable savings.
